A REDUCTION OF UP TO 20% WILL BE MADE FOR ALL
LOCAL HIRERS ON THE ABOVE CHARGES

Spotlights, Piano, Additional Crockery etc….. Ł3.00 each per booking

Late night / Sunday lettings by arrangement, plus additional fee.

Concerts, Theatre Shows: Above rate applies for rehearsals when both the Main Hall and Sunnylands Room are being used. Should Sunnylands Room be available for other bookings then a reduction will be made.

Marquees, tents and caravans may be installed in the grounds. For this and other charges contact the Secretary.

DEPOSITS: A non-refendable deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking.

A Security deposit will be required.

The charges are subject to alteration at short notice

REFUSE: All refuse to be removed by the Hirer or a charge will be made.

LATE EVENING FUNCTIONS: Should events continue after 11.30 p.m., the hourly rates listed above will apply as an additional charge. There will also be an additional payment for caretaking after midnight. Bookings with music and dancing must finish by 12.00 midnight by law. With the Secretary's agreement the Halls statutory licence may be used for your function. A seperate agreement and charges will apply.
