MERICA HALL

America Hall itself is a large hall with a stage. It has a sprung wooden floor and is suitable for all your functions. It is an ideal venue for Conferences, Wedding Receptions and parties of all types.

It is fitted with a large and amply equipped kitchen and a ramped access to the building.

Capable of seating up to 200 people for events such as theatrical productions, America Hall is regularly used for Yoga, Toddlers, Painting for Pleasure. Weight Watchers, Tai Chi, Line Dancing, Lace Making, World Wide Church, SWAN, Bingo and Wine Circle. As well as these weekly hirers the hall is used by local organisations for staging shows (Pantomimes), fetes, sales.

The large raised stage has been used to accommodate many different types of musical events including Police Band Concert and on one occasion the famous international rock band ‘Motorhead’.
